Exceptional performance I have two dogs and unfortunately nice area rugs, sometimes that does not mix. However I have know Mario for sometime now and he has bailed me out on many occasions. He has done exceptional work on very nice carpets. When I moved into my new place Mario introduced me to Danny who also exceeded expectations with brining light colored carpet back to brand new appearance. I and my dogs thank Mario and Danny all the time.

Over All Great Experience I have used Paul's Carpets a few times for area rugs, but this time had three bedrooms done. Each time I can not say enough good things about the company. Jerry, my sales person and Carlos the installer were fabulous. the products and service are amazing. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.
Only the highest praises to Roger and the guys. Impressively good. Roger was there when we went to Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor and he handled the whole process so easily because there were too many choices and it was overwhelming for us. But he was easy to talk to and he guided me in one direction without pushing me. He told me to take some samples home to see how I liked them but then I called him and told him the colors looked different everywhere I put them and that wasn't so helpful. Great professionalism and service Paul's Abbey provided quality service, it was outstanding work for me. They were on time, the pricing was great, I had a great experience all around. They did carpeting for my house and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I would say my total experience was a five because of their great professionalism and work. I would use their services again, and would definitely recommend them to someone else.
They delivered the product I asked for. Paul's Carpet & Floor was helpful and delivered the product I had asked for--a carpet for the bedroom. The carpet installers were good, and I thought that the prices at Paul's were fine.
