The Syracuse branch has a personnel that I feel connected with. They are very friendly and they see you as a person not just as another customer. I am very happy with this store.

Bought a couch set with a warranty in December of 2022. Couch broke in February. They set a tech out in April and said they need to take it to the shop to fix. Today is September 6th 2023 they finally picked up my couch for repair after 7 months of it being broken. Now they said they will not be working on it for a week. Poor customer service and will not ever purchase any other items form this store. I will also tell everyone I know not to do business with them! ZERO STARS YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! BUT IT MADE ME PUT 1!
