The salesmen are great at their job selling and making promises. But 2 different people walked away when they found out I already had made a purchase and was just there to ask questions. Empty promises of delivery. Items lost or damages without notification. Back ordered items for a year (literally!) but found it through ****** delivered in a week. I will not purchase from RC Willey again.

I have had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a bedroom set in April only to be called when it arrived in store that they did not have the bed rails. I decided to wait until the back order came in only to be told from a September arrival date wouldn’t be in until December. Then was told ok they had it in stock last week. Don't bother shopping there. My mom bought a chair from there, which came broken. They agreed to take it and give her a loaner while it's waiting for a part. Now on the her account they put that they're potentially going to charge her for the loaner in addition to the fact that she already paid off the broken one. There was zero communication from them about them doing this and now we believe they intend on charging her for the loaner and keeping her chair too. Myself and significant other have made several purchases through out the years and have been very happy but yesterday was a exception. I was helped by your sales person John *******who I told him I wanted a stove and had the model number which I gave him. He looked it up and said write it up. Also I found a microwave oven and had him write it up. I had no clue what I was getting with this furniture store. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere. Our sales person was nice enough. After roughly a month I called to check the status of our order and they told me that they had notified me that it would take 60 days for our bed to be delivered. 90 days later the bed finally arrives in pieces and it’s the wrong bed. Sales person Kit was overbearing and hovered the entire time I was shopping. At one point I stopped and told him if I found something I liked or needed assistance I would come find him. I had already arranged purchases for a table and chairs and just needed to check out. I had just wanted to look for a piece to put my tv on and knew what I was looking for. Kit made me and my teenage daughter very uncomfortable, so I decided to checkout my table and chairs and leave.

I have trusted RC Willey for years and recommended them to friends and family. My recent experience has me feeling that my recommendations were not only bad but terrible. I have spent a lot of money with the company. A complete bedroom set that is flaked and lost the black color. This not only is a disappointment the product is terrible. RC Willey salesman sold me a fridge- charging me an extra $100 for an icemaker, installation, and connection. All that was listed on the receipt. After waiting around at home- missing two full work days because they didn't show up during the prescheduled time slots- I still don't have an icemaker that works. Customer Service said it wasn't their problem- I need to call a plumber and then they hung up on me. The salesman promised one thing and I didn't get it. Wow. This is the worst experience I've ever had at RCWilley. I'm very disappointed. I've spent over $10,000 at your company in the past year and I was treated well by Rex L******* all the time. However, this time I went in to the So. Salt Lake store to look for a recliner and then two Speakers for my Living room. While the salesman tried to find me a recliner, your selection was just terrible and yesterday I purchased one at Lazy Boy in Draper. Then I went upstairs to work on the speakers.
