Have carpet bought and installed through R.C.Willey in Meridian **. The carpet was installed contrary to the way the original measurer had decided best according the walking patterns. The carpet is bunching up in the middle of the room at this time. I have placed three calls to the specific installer whose name I was given when I actually went in the see what could be done. The salesman forgot to input my order. The store said they would give me a $200 credit because of this. They ended up charging me $400 more than they should. Took me hours to get this straightened out and I finally paid $2 more than my original invoice.

I got behind on my payments due to loosing my job during the pandemic now I'm getting all this court orders from rc Willey where it says they are gonna take my pay check try to make payment arrangements since I had no job for almost 2 years and didn't get unemployment so I try paying little by little but they didn't want the little payments and now I out ot 240 dollars that I owe them now is 340 plus 150 for paper work and **** dollars for the law office is crazy how I tried and they didn't even accept any little money and t... read more

I recently purchased a leather recliner and couch combo at RC Willey. The couch showed up in working order because it doesn't have any moving parts, the recliner was another matter. Initially the recliner worked for about a week and a half despite what I assumed were small imperfections before the bottom dropped out of it. I turned it over to notice the legs had mud on them and were gouged. The bottom of the chair was tearing from the recliner. I brought this product an year with an extended 2 year warranty which they person in **** sold me on? I humbly agreed.Exactly one year after the tread mill stops randomly and I call Extended Warranty they set up a technician to come look at it. The problem is simple "Tread mill stops in the middle of walking/running randomly but takes a little bit like after 1 minute 45 seconds stops and then after again resetting starting again stops after 2 minute 25 seconds".Technician arrives "What is the problem?" Our Frigidaire fridge was not cooling at all. We called up RC Willey because that was where it was purchased. We had a warranty that was still good on it. So they sent someone over to diagnose it a week later. They said the compressor was out. They said they would order a dye to see where it was leaking. We knew you were not going to be able to patch a compressor so we said no. I had an 8:30-10:30 window for delivery. The guys came one hour early and I was not home because I was dropping kids at school. They said tough luck were leaving. I asked them to wait until 8- 15 minutes and they left. They offered to dump my couch by the garage as an option. I came home from 8-10:30 and nobody showed up again. The deliver manager said he pinned the truck at my house at 8:31. So apparently the delivery guys drove by the house to make it look like they were at my home. RC Willey - BAD EXPERIENCE Been waiting around for 7 hours for a delivery. Nothing. Gave them my cell number to make sure they could get hold of me. No contact. Took the day off work to be around for this delivery, which was a couple weeks after the purchase because that's when they could get around to it. Buyer beware.

This will be the last time we purchase anything from this store based on our most recent experience. I would consider ourselves loyal customers as we have purchased appliances/home furnishings from RC Willey for over 15 years and have spent close to $40,000 at this store.
