I just want to say that the customer service at RC Willey for warranty work is horrible. I bought a recliner and sofa and bought the extra warranty for the leather. I called their warranty service in July of 2020 to get someone to look at it. So in October someone came down to our home to evaluate the items. The technician said both the sofa and chair need to be repaired. So on May 11, 2021 they came down to my home in Richfield and picked up my sofa. But they would not take the recliner. Provo location. At the end of April, they delivered a broken TV. I can't get them to exchange it. I've been told they need to go through the manufacturer to provide a solution. I call and wait on hold. Then, they ask some questions and put me on hold. Then they tell me they will call me back. Then, no one calls me back and I call back and wait on hold. Repeat. I still have a broken TV and no solution.

I purchased a built-in refrigerator and freezer combination on December 28, 2020. I was told (and my receipt states) that the appliances would be delivered on February 15, 2021, and that I would be contacted before the delivery so that the installer could come by my house to assess the placement of the appliances. As no one had contacted me yet, I called on February 13th and was told that the products would now be delivered on May 7, 2021. Horrible customer service. They get zero stars from me but I had to give one star to even write a review. I purchased a sofa sleeper in August 2019 and didn't have guests to use it until October 2020 and the screws fell out of the bottom making it inoperative. I called customer service and was told that I had to pay for parts and labor to fix it. This is unacceptable to me. I tried a second time recently to use it with guests and the same thing happened. Absolutely the worst service by a business in my lifetime!!On February 4, 2021 We purchased a Double oven and a stovetop. We were told that we would receive a phone call when the appliances were in stock. I called the 1st week of April to find out if they had arrived. The young man i spoke with said oh yes they are in stock. He had no explanation as to why we hadn't received a phone call, that they had arrived. Gone through 2 couches in the span of 2 years. The couches were literally falling apart. The first one RC Wiley took back and gave us our money back and I was pleased with that and bought another different couch from them. We have had the current ones for a little over a year now and we are having a similar situation happen. We are not hard on our couches, we actually don’t use them that much. We understand that due to the pandemic there have been delays. But there was no updates or communications unless I called the store. I purchased the furniture in November 2020 and waiting till April 2021. It would it have been delivered in April if I had not called the store and asked and then I was told there were metal shortages and wood shortages and on. I get it but this has been terrible.

Person set up my order changed my phone number and when I called said I didn’t have an account with my phone WHICH THEY CHANGED ON ME. Horrible service
