Financing people at this rcwilley were mostly a disaster. It took 3 times longer to get the financing done than deciding on what we wanted to buy. Not the right people doing this no question. Probably will not go back

Three generations of our family have shopped at RC Willey, but the tradition stops here. They are extremely deceptive regarding their "warranties". Although they charge you for a 5 year warranty, it really is NOT for 5 years, it is only for 4 years. And more importantly, it doesn't kick in until after the manufacturer's warranty expires. In order to get your manufacturer to honor their warranty, you need to schedule an appointment with an authorized repair company; during the Holiday Season that takes about 2 weeks. Bought a bunch of furniture from the Carson City store, delivered to us in installments. We've had 2 deliveries to-date and both have been poor experiences. The 1st delivery team walked all over our new carpet with shoes as they didn't bring "booties". The 2nd crew did the exact same thing and ended up scratching the hardwood floor when placing a headboard in a bedroom. It was my 1st time in an actual RC Willey store, as I typically shop online. The staging of beautiful pieces was great and the decor was inviting; however, the positive feedback ended there. I'm very big on customer service and if I don't feel valued as a customer I will not do business with the company. I hated the idea of having to work with a salesperson just to get a piece of paper to then walk it to a cashier. Called R.C. Willey to purchase a dryer, and arranged to have it delivered and installed for us. The delivery took months, and when we asked about what was going on, we were just vaguely told of 'delays'. We get it, things like this happen, though it would have been nice if they could have at least informed us with, "Hey, your dryer is going to be over 2 months late, sorry." the delivery crew finally arrives, and before we even get to see the dryer, they tell us that it got dented/scraped up during shipment, so they are going... read more

Kim, the sales person lied to me about a chest of drawers I purchased. Told me it was in and scheduled for delivery and I had to find out from the delivery driver that she lied. Then she proceeded to minimize the lie and indicated again that it was scheduled for delivery. The 4 days before delivery she called and told me that RC Willey was not accepting deliveries from California or Arizona so who knows when or if I will ever get the chest of drawers I paid for. In house presentation and sales service was fantastic; attentive, understanding, honest. Delivery service was extremely poor; 5 hours late past latest time frame, no communication, left without confirming all was well.

AWFUL. Beware of salesman Alfonso S***** in the appliance department. Everything he says is a "misunderstanding" on your part, like you're an idiot. When he tells you he will give you 10% instead of 5% off because his manager is feeling generous, he is only going to give you 6%, but again that is a misunderstanding on your part because 10% really means 6% in greedy salesperson terms. I experienced an awful service experience from the company. In August/2020, I purchased a dining set and bedroom set close to 4,100 dollars. Order number ********. After waiting about 5 weeks for delivery, the bedroom set came but with a defect on the bed due to the storage bins not closing properly. It still has not been corrected since the repair man said that they do not have the part for fixing. The worse part is to come since the company did not deliver the table from my dining set.
