The appliances i bought were delivered partially. The wall oven was not available on the delivery day. I waited a week so i called customer service & told me that the product is already in Henderson warehouse. So why didn’t deliver it unless I called the customer service dept.. They scheduled the delivery the next day & the oven didn’t fit is so i have to pay extra to move the gas wiring in order for the oven to fit well.

There were no issues with sales person. I gave one star due the fact our chair was a custom order and took close to 7 weeks to get. When delivered it had a yellow stain. So we had to reorder another chair and had to wait another several eeeks. When delivered guys were in a hurry, the chair was not covered in plastic, it had a dirty moving blanket on top. I also noticed the guys wore dirty gloves when bringing in the chair. So we paid for a dirty chair and they did not have the pillow that came with the chair. Very disappoint... read more

The sales people were great. They have a wide selection of furniture. The checkout was terrible you have people waiting in line 2 windows open one older lady closes her window five people behind the counter talking to each other not helping almost walked out and cancel my order Several people in line we’re ready to leave manager needs to fix the cashier window promptly!

I have bought many things from rc willeys for many years but this had to be the worst experience I have ever had the appliance manager Bryce was extremely disrespectful and very belittling towards me I have never experienced anything like it At the sidewalk sale the point to me was to sell the clearance items I wanted a washer dryer and a fridge along with bunk beds for my kids The way Bryce spoke to saying things like you can’t have one washer LG and 1 Samsung we r trying to keep the same products together also I wanted a d... read more

I purchased 4 individual Theater Chairs. They had several styles and materials to choose from, however didn’t have all the features I was looking for. To get to the point, 2 chairs out of the four were received without any issues. The first chair I inspected was missing the rubber cushion cup holder pad on the right arm, also the screws that secured the cup holder were partially screwed in. We purchased a refrigerator back in Christmas of 2018. It was delivered with a small dent in one of the drawers. The delivery workers told us if we hadn’t heard from RC Willey about the new drawer order to call back in a week. We call back in a week because we hadn’t heard customer service said that the part has been ordered. Another two weeks past so we called again inquiring about the part that was supposed to be ordered from Samsung. Sometimes the appliance salespeople are not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the products or what the delivery people will and will not do, but they still call it 5 star delivery!

All went well with my purchase until it came to a confusion at the pay desk. I was originally told everything was included in the price to pay but apparently it wasn't listed that way, so the confusion was over delivery vs. pickup/install. Hopefully the delivery company will show up with my appliance, install the new one that they will bring with them, and take away the old one.
