Financing people at this rcwilley were mostly a disaster. It took 3 times longer to get the financing done than deciding on what we wanted to buy. Not the right people doing this no question. Probably will not go back

Bought a bunch of furniture from the Carson City store, delivered to us in installments. We've had 2 deliveries to-date and both have been poor experiences. The 1st delivery team walked all over our new carpet with shoes as they didn't bring "booties". The 2nd crew did the exact same thing and ended up scratching the hardwood floor when placing a headboard in a bedroom. Called R.C. Willey to purchase a dryer, and arranged to have it delivered and installed for us. The delivery took months, and when we asked about what was going on, we were just vaguely told of 'delays'. We get it, things like this happen, though it would have been nice if they could have at least informed us with, "Hey, your dryer is going to be over 2 months late, sorry." the delivery crew finally arrives, and before we even get to see the dryer, they tell us that it got dented/scraped up during shipment, so they are going... read more

Kim, the sales person lied to me about a chest of drawers I purchased. Told me it was in and scheduled for delivery and I had to find out from the delivery driver that she lied. Then she proceeded to minimize the lie and indicated again that it was scheduled for delivery. The 4 days before delivery she called and told me that RC Willey was not accepting deliveries from California or Arizona so who knows when or if I will ever get the chest of drawers I paid for. AWFUL. Beware of salesman Alfonso S***** in the appliance department. Everything he says is a "misunderstanding" on your part, like you're an idiot. When he tells you he will give you 10% instead of 5% off because his manager is feeling generous, he is only going to give you 6%, but again that is a misunderstanding on your part because 10% really means 6% in greedy salesperson terms. Was purchased two top of the line dish washer in 2500$. As well adding the 5 years Warrenty. Few months after one have stopped working. Rv Willy didn’t want to come and repair as it is under manufacture Warrenty (manufacture doesn’t answer any calls for days). On purchase invoice noting mention about that. I pay full Warrenty price from day one not from a year after. Forward this info to my company legal team to send official letters. Be advice. Working with a great Salesman was not a problem. Josh was patient and kind as I made my decision about a special order sofa and chair. The problems came when the delivery showed up six weeks later. The sofa came with a broken frame. The chair with some crooked stitching. I was fine with the chair, but the sofa was a problem. The delivery guys told me that because of COVID, I didn’t have to sign for the delivery, and they would just report that it was broken and request a replacement. I bought several items at RC Willey since 2008 simply because it was close, large and nothing else was around at the time. Every single item large and small has been terribly made and seems old after having it for a couple months. I will make a list below of all I can remember. 1. I purchased a RAF sectional with chaise on 6/4/2020 which was out of stock with a promise date towards the end of June. On June 30th I called RC willey delta shores to check on my order and they said it was back ordered and will be in stock two weeks into July.
