Staff is very unprofessional. I was told multiple times I would recieve a call from the head of the electronics department about my warranty. Then they told me I would have my computer back in 1 week tops. Then told me after 2 weeks that their tech guy hasnt even looked at it. Managers were no help.

Electronic sales people were absolutely terrible. They knew nothing about the headphones on the floor, and literally couldn’t answer ANY of our questions. The lady that sold us our table was pushy and overbearing. The young man who sold us our microwave was indifferent. We only go to RC Wiley for the products and prices. As in most of Reno nowadays, their employees are entirely too californicated in their behavior.

Our shopping experiance with RC Willey was fantastic. Very knowledgeable sales staff. Purchasing was also very easy. Delivery was a nightmare. So bad that we'll never buy from RC Willey again. They texted an 8am-10am delivery window. I had a 1:00pm appointment so we were all set. At 8am I emptied our fridge and freezer so that we'd be ready for delivery. A few months ago, I financed a refrigerator with RC Willey and was a month late on a $50 payment, a mistake I am willing to admit to. The next month, I paid off the remaining balance of over $1300. Despite this, I found out when trying to finance a $300 Xbox One that RC Willey suspended my card for six months, and will run another credit check after that period to reinstate it, which would further lower my credit score on top of their filing a late payment. Have always been very pleased with them. However my last visit was was not good. Had to return 2 items because of bad advice from an associate in the electronics department. Spent many hours trying to get my items to work. He didnt really listen to what I needed. Associate wasnt very knowledgeable in that department.

Very rude and bad service at pay counter. They need more training! No eye contact and cold and noticed they treat others differently been a customer since they’ve open Rc Willy The sales people are nice!

Each furniture item I have purchased from RCWilley has been delivered either damaged or defective. Of course they offer a 10 percent discount each for the inconvenience. RCWilley should sell QUALITY furniture from the start and this won't happen. Hopefully, I will have better luck with my recent electronics purchase. However, it is concerning because it does make me wonder if I should buy the electronics extended warranty. Even though I know extended warranties are usually not worth it.

The most horrible customer service EVER. I bought a washer and they set it up to be delivered after we got home from work. Then they leave a message hours before anyone will be home that they will be there in 15 minutes. Since nobody was home they left the area. Said they could maybe come back at midnight. Midnight! Then still couldn't do that. Said they would deliver the next day at right time. Now saying they don't even have my delivery on the truck. I will never shop there again. Hope they go out of business. I purchased a Aireloom Mattess 8 months ago.The Mattess is not holding up, dips and in the middle. I call RC Willey and they said they can't do nothing about it. I call Aireloom product warranty they told me i have to go though RC Willey. I purchased a dinning set January 19 2019 and i had company over and my friend was sitting on one of the chair and subsequenly the chair broke. He was holding a four month old baby and thank God nothing happend to the baby. Unfortunately he did suffer an injury. He hit the back of hes head.... read more
