We recently went into the Rite Rug Flooring store to shop for flooring for an unfinished bathroom and to hire them to come out to install the flooring. We were greeted by Larry T***** who was extremely patient as we spent a good deal of time perusing flooring options. He was also very knowledgeable and able to show us a product that we might have overlooked, but instead ended up choosing. Two years ago my wife and I invested in carpet from Rite Rug in Westerville. After two years of wear we saw a pattern in the carpet. We contacted our sales person and she directed us to Rosie in Customer Service. They sent an inspector out and it was determined to be a mill issue. Rite Rug worked with the mill and resolved the issue in a timely manner. We have bought a lot of carpet from Rite Rug over the years and plan to do business with the again. We had a very positive experience with Rite Rug and Kevin W***** (In-House rep). Samples brought to the house were exactly the type I wanted to see. Kevin did a great job following up with us and seeing that the carpet got to Columbus very quickly. Our installation went off without a hitch - the team was on time, worked quickly, and did a good job of cleaning up. We love our new carpet and look.

Kevin W***** and the in Home Shopping Division of Rite Rug were excellent, Kevin was timely, helpful, very knowledgeable, and non pressure. He provided several options to fit our budget and desired styles. The Installers were very professional and did a great job of install and clean up. We are happy with our experience with Rite Rug.

Kevin W***** was my sales representative who arrived promptly, answered all of my questions and provided me with extensive samples. He answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable with his expertise and the price of the carpet and padding I purchased. The installation crew did a fabulous job. The carpet looks great.

I am very happy with our new kitchen floor. Kevin W., our sales rep was amazing. He was so courteous and professional and very knowledgeable. Because he was so helpful and friendly, we decided to buy from Rite Rug. Thank you Kevin!!! There was a minor re-tacking that needed done after the floor was installed and they came back out to fix it almost immediately.

I've used Rite Rug on two separate occasions, one for hard wood floor installation and the other for new carpet in our bedroom. There were some issues with the hardwood installation, but after contacting my sales rep, they sent an area manager out who rectified all the issues the same day. Overall, it was a good experience and we couldn't be happier with the floors. The carpet installation went great. The buying experience with Kevin W***** and the In-Home Shopping was great. It helped being able to see the carpet in the room with the lighting versus store lighting. Kevin was very helpful. The install was on time and they did a great job.
