We ordered product from the Centerville location in 11/2021. When the product didn't arrive in the time frame it was schedule, ******************* and *********************** - store manager - were about as helpful as a bag of rocks. After multiple visits and calls to the office the store off-loaded us to the warehouse to contact directly. I placed my carpet order on January 10, 2022. Today is February 14. The job is not done. The company representative ************************* charged me the full amount, received her commissions, and reported to the main office about completed job. **** ignored my calls and messages; to get in touch with her, I needed to contact corporate office first. This local store is terrible after they get the sale and their money. Do not show up for installs on date they give you, no phone calls, no return calls. Do not show up to finish job when promised. Manager of sales refuses to answer calls and questions after they have been paid. Very rude and unbusiness like! Will not do business with them again! Would like to see a refund for the things that I paid for and didn't get! Rude, rude, rude

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We ordered carpet for the entire upstairs of our newly purchased home. The sales team seemed friendly and professional, do NOT let that fool you. In fact, you really shouldn't even waste your time walking into this store because they are some of the most incompetent people in the industry, from the sales team to the installers to the customer service representatives. We didn't have a good experience with RITERUG. The sales rep ******************* in the ****** office, please be aware of his ordering tactics. He orders an excessive amount of materials to inflate your order. We were told that our floors would be installed in less than a week. That did not happen, start date was 11/1/21 the installers finished 11/21/21. We had to rent a U HAUL to remove the excess. Please shop elsewhere.

We went into Rite Rug in ********, **** on 11/1/2021 looking for carpet options to be installed on the second floor of a newly purchased home. The first salesman, Will, assured us they had the carpet we wanted in stock and that we could have carpet installed the following week. After speaking with another salesman, ***** three days later we decided to go ahead and move forward with the order. I almost never write reviews but was moved to help others avoid this company.I have never experienced a company that does not respond back so consistently. I called them on 8/12 and ordered a rug for my deceased father's house before it was to be sold. I don't live locally, so I had to handle the interactions by phone. The installed the luxury laminate floor in my new house and did a very poor job. When they were contacted to come fix the guy came and drilled a small hole and filled with liquid nail. He told us this was a proper repair. Well that was false and now they have to tear part of the floor up to fix. Its been 6 months and they were supposed to start a few weeks ago. I am living in ****** and went to the **** Orange Center Drive location for RiteRug. I ordered $20,000 and change of new flooring for the entire house. The carpet after 2 weeks, while using my vacuum pulled straight up at a seam about 5 inches. One of my door ways to the laundry room pulled apart .5 inches the entire width of the door.
