We recently hired Rite Rug for carpet installation throughout our home, and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of their service. The installation process resulted in significant damage to our baseboards in every room they worked onnot minor scuffs or scratches, but actual gouges and chunks taken out. If you're considering Rite Rug, please go somewhere else. We purchased a new construction home Sept 2021. We began having issues with our flooring bowing and then peeling which we put a claim in with our home builder. Rite Rug is the contractor they used and they ended up coming out to "fix" our floors which was told to us was due to the floor being uneven. I ignored the reviews, the low ratings and I went ahead and purchased from these guys and I can't express how deeply I feel that it was one of the most stupid mistakes I've ever made. The abundance of bad ratings make it clear that my experience was not an isolated incident, but rather a pattern here and it ain't pretty. Here are a few examples of how incompetent these clowns are. Bought a new build home in Florida, rite rug did the install of all the tile flooring. The tiles are a mess with numerous tiles having globs and smears of old dry grout left all over, even old grout left on carpets. Called to see if they do anything about removing the excess grout and ****made an appointment for someone to come and clean it up on June 15, I waited all day for a worker and no one showed up, so I called back and **** could not understand why they weee a no show so she made another appointment for June 23, agai... read more
Horrible experience with Rite Rug. Salesman ghosted us when the installers did not show up at the scheduled time. They finally showed up 6hrs late and proceeded to rush through the job. They left with seams that were not done right, you could stick your finger in and see the subfloor underneath. Some of the carpet wasn’t even secured down. You could pull it up. Floor replacement under warranty - Requested supervised install, *********************** was a no show. Installers had wrong flooring. I called ***************************** about it. I didnt hear anything from Rite Rug so about a week later I followed up with ****. Who accused me of refusing an install and pointing fingers about the flooring being wrong. Said she ordered the correct floor and I must have faded floors with whatever cleaning products I used. Now they wont return my calls to replace my floor thats coming up.

DO NOT USE RITE RUG FOR HARDWOOD. We have been dealing with RiteRug for a hardwood floor installation since November and the floor still isn't right. There were so many gaps between the boards (an installation and wood manufacturer issue) that they agreed to redo it. It took 7.5 months and multiple reorders of wood for the redo installation to occur. We have spent hours on the phone with them trying to understand what our options are and to get this resolved. The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas.
