I requested some type of tile flooring, salesman came out promptly with several types. After going over particulars of each, one was selected and installation was setup within 2-days. The job was completed that same day but had to wait on a certain type of transition strip to be installed which was not in stock but later found and installed in just a couple of days vs the estimated week.

Rite Rug is absolutely wonderful! I utilized their services in 2015 and was so pleased with my flooring I decided to contact them again this year for my entire upstairs. Upon filling out a request for the In-Home Shopping service I was contacted by Kevin W****, within 24 hours of the request. We needed new carpet put into our rental property and we had a bit of a time crunch between tenants. Kevin W***** did a terrific job working with us! He got out to the property to take measurements and then traveled to us to approve the samples. He worked on the fly to find what was in stock that could meet both our budget and short installation window. I purchased a new build home in August 2023 with flooring from Rite Rug. During my 1-year builder inspection, all of the laminate vinyl planks in my home had to be replaced because of defects (glue issues and odd shaping underneath). But that wasn't even the worst part. We live in a 55+ community in ********, **. The tile on the walls of my shower enclosure are so wavy. We contacted our warranty person and one of the supervisors came out to see. He was a miserable little man with a huge attitude. He said nothing can be done because it meets SC standards. Weve since told our warranty person we wanted to speak to his manager. I just wanted to take the time and warn neighbors about Rite Rug in *********. My Aunt hired Rite Rug a few months agoto lay linoleum in her bathroom and washroom and carpet her basement after a water leak caused flooding. Rite Rug came in and the workers cut the linoleum outside and brought it in to install. After they left my Aunt and Uncle went downstairs to start putting things back and place and immediately noticed the linoleum had been cut quite short. just a fyi this is about Rite Rug in general of ********, **** not the ************* location. My wife and I reached out to rite rug to get a estimate for our living room, the sales *** ***** showed up, we had a good talk, picked out carpet and got a good price.
