Horrible product and customer support. Their warranty is garbage just like their product. We built a new home and the contractor went with Rite rug flooring. After 4 months the sub-flooring has broken down and is cause the furniture to leave indentions on the floor. In one section the flooring came up with the piece of furniture, WRONG rug won’t warranty the flooring in that area or others. The glued seams are coming up also. Mickey Goldberg won’t answer emails or take phone calls. The only way a businessman won’t do is beca... read more

Very poor workmanship. Lose carpet and 3 different spots the have gaps in the flooring. You can see the blue subflooring between the gaps. I have called the salesman and customer service several times over the last 30 Days. The salesman has not returned my calls. Customer service always says someone will call you...……...but no one calls!!

I purchased over $5,000.00 worth of carpet and had it installed in my basement and second floor and two stairways. The basement carpet was installed about 2 years ago, and all was good for the next year. Sometime in early 2020, I noticed a small seam split which is now about 2 feet long. I called to have Rite Rug come out and inspect and fix, and they just told me that it would cost $80.00 just to have someone come out and inspect, then whatever the charge for the work would be on top of that!!!! They told me because it was ... read more

I purchased flooring from the Lancaster, Oh location to cover my whole 1st floor (about 1350sqft worth). The sales rep was very helpful through the whole process and so he earned our trust. Everything went well till the installers ran out of material. I figured no big deal these things happen. The sales rep and his store manager said they would cover the extra flooring they were short. I thought that was fair considering estimate calculations were incorrect by about 200sqft. I was told this would take at least a week. This w... read more

Rite Rug installed my flooring since I purchased a **** ****. After 1 year and 6 months, my carpet began to buckle in almost every room. Shortly after construction was completed on my house, I had a subfloor problem, and a Contractor with **** Homes had to pull up my carpet and essentially did a restretch in only that room. That room is the only room where the carpet has not buckled, which tells me the buckling in other areas of my house is certainly due to improper installation. I informed Rite Rug and a field rep came out ... read more

I just wanted to express my disappointment with our last transaction. I have used you guys in the past and everything went great, which is why we went with you again. This time was a complete disaster. We did in home shopping and at that time we were able to tell the guy (Brock B*******) what we wanted, but were unable to get a quote because systems were down or something. I asked for a quote on the high side based on our sq. ft., so I would have some sort of an idea on cost. He called us later that night letting us know it ... read more

We ordered over $11,000. dollars of carpet and tile from the Hamilton Store. We were told that if we paid an additional $700.00 carpet layers would remove the furniture from the rooms and we wouldn't have to do that. Told that we would have a "crew" of layers arrive to complete the job in one day as it was most of the house. Two men showed up and did not speak any English. We had no way of communicating with them as we did not speak Spanish. They only moved the furniture to one side of the room at a time. Not allowing for it... read more

Rite Rug’s installation left us with unlevel floors that are now cracking and splitting I wish I could attach pictures this would save a lot of time. Their product does not perform it’s overpriced and the installations looks terrible. This is from an install in December 2019 that now has the flooring splitting for a couple months or one month before COVID. They run a racket where a corporate field person from Rite Rug examines your flooring to determine who is responsible when installs and product do not perform as we are ex... read more

Both the flooring we ordered and the customer service were less than acceptable. We purchased commercial grade LVT which scratched in several places the first week we had it. One area that was scratch was done when they installed it. I had cheap linoleum previously which was in place for 7 years and never scratched. All the furniture had pads prior to having the new floor installed. Customer service took weeks to get back with us. They told us the warranty did not cover scratches and we could have them work on the scratches ... read more
