We were first time carpet buyers so it was all new to us. Rick at the north High St. store was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. No high pressure. After the install we did have a few issues. It turns out our old vacuum cleaner was pulling up strands of the new carpet. We ended up having to purchase a soft carpet vacuum cleaner for this type of carpet. We also had an issue with several strands in just a few places had come up. In August 2019, Our church had new carpet installed by Rite Rug and to my complete amazement they handle this huge job with the greatest of ease. Everything I could have hoped for was done, and Amanda E*** was outstanding in the Customer Service Department guiding me through the process, and working overtime to make sure the out comes were near prefect. I believe they deserve 5 stars for the great work they had done.

There were issues on the install that were frustrating and we almost gave up, but Rite Rug stuck with it and made it right. I am happy with the final install.

I have used Rite Rug 3 times in the past year (2019-20). The sales folks in the showroom are very helpful too! They laid beautiful carpet in my living Room and did an excellent job. They also tore out old carpet so I could simply have my hardwood floors back. They also laid carpeting down my basement steps. Nice job with floor. Looks good. Tricia estimated job and followed up nicely when I noticed 1 discolored board needed to be replaced. Amanda in customer service had the same crew that did initial install come out and replace board. Then she followed up to make sure we were happy. Hard working, no nonsense crew. Matched 11 year old and 6 year old flooring of same kind perfectly. You can’t tell where old stops and new begins. Impressive.

I found the process of buying and waiting for installation nothing short of challenging. I will say that there service department was well represented both in the field and office. I would consider other companies first, in the future.

We were preparing a relatives older home to be put on the market. Selection of vinyl plank flooring for informal areas and carpet in formal areas was easy due to the large selection of products at Rite Rug. Installation went fairly well though Rite Rug uses a lot of barely non English speaking installers. Communication was difficult even though the company sends at least one installer who does speak very broken English to guide the others.
