Oh my gosh! I had 6 rugs made from Stanton carpet. After about a year a problem presented itself, but the “warranty” was over. Decided to call and see if anything could be done and reached Heather S. who was the most caring, understanding person i’ve ever spoken with on a customer service issue anywhere. This company is the best! I requested a showing of their flooring and a Kevin W***** was at my home within 24 hours. I can not say enough great things about his professionalism and exceptional customer service. He answered all of our questions and stayed in touch with me everyday. Fantastic service! We priced many places and this was by far the best deal. We were even able to get an upgraded carpet for a lower price than the lower grade from competitors! Jim S******** was very quick with response to our quote request and was able to get his guys out asap. Job was done in a few hours and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! I am a local Realtor and will be referring him to all of my future clients and friends!
My carpet is amazing! The transitions weren’t installed to my liking but I called customer service and Heather S****** was very prompt and attentive in getting someone out to my house and eve followed up afterward. They came out and fixed the issues very quickly!

Though we had some issues with the initial installation, eventually our concerns were addressed. The installation was in the ****** OH area. Mike did a great job fixing some of the problems. And Vanessa in Columbus was great about making sure our issues were taken care of. She truly cared that we were satisfied.
I had a great experience with Rite Rug. My salesman, Kevin, was very helpful in the selection of my flooring. The installers, Josie, Pedro and Chello, were awesome. They completed the job in less than 8 hours.
