Amanda E***, Rite Rug Customer Service, ROCKS. We recently had to have the carpet in our master bedroom replaced because of a water leak from the bathroom. A third party (one responsible for the leak situation) paid for the carpet replacement by Rite Rug. Unfortunately there were issues with the replacement carpet and installation. I am writing this review to show our appreciation for Kevin W***** of RiteRug Flooring. As amateur DIY'ers, we were trying to coordinate plumbers & RiteRug installers and my world was crazy! However, Kevin keep me grounded and professionally worked around our schedule for our new carpet and our bathroom linoleum and I couldn't be happier. All three rooms look great!! We recently had a kitchen floor installed. It was a large project and several old layers had to be removed first. Never the less, they got the majority done in one day. There were a few lose ends that had to be taken care of, but Vanessa G**** the customer control rep. took care of everything we needed as a followup. She was great and a joy to work with. Thanks to everyone at RiteRug Todd & *************** PS: I rarely write reviews, but we really love our floor!
Jim S******** at RiteRug in Greenville, SC, was a great help. He uses a mobile truck to come to your residence or business and shows you samples. The quality of the carpet and pad. Is lovely and soft on bare feet.. We also found the padding to be thick enough to deaden sounds over the rooms below. We would use this company and this agent again! LQ
Rite Rug did an excellent job on selling and installing my flooring. I really like my new floors. I had a small manufacture defect in one panel and Dale was phenomenal replacing the panel. He is so professional and conscientious and did an awesome job in repairing my floor. Also my salesman did an awesome job, Rikin in the Dublin, Ohio store. Heather was great too in getting the defect completed in a timely manner. I so appreciate all of their help and in giving me such a great experience. I would recommend Rite Rug!!

the installers were a joy to watch work & represented rite rug in a very professional manner & did a fantastic job , & dealing with heather & greg to complete the molding in kitchen area was handled in a short & very satisfactory time frame....very pleased with my experience..job well done
