After a couple problem installs of hardwood, Riterug continued to stand by their products and we now have beautiful wood floors in our home. The customer care manager, Tiera S****** was wonderful to work with and our salesman, Kevin W***** was outstanding. He came to our home and when we needed more samples to look at, met us at the store and helped us choose the perfect floor this time. I recently had Rite Rug install hardwood fllooring in my entry and sand and refinish my existing flooring. I totally agree with the BBB A+ rating. Every stage of the job was done well and professionally. They were able to match the new flooring with my existing one. Ariel K****** my customer service rep followed up on every service I received. We got our new floor installed by Riterug. It is just beautiful. But the most important, is that our experience was a very positive one from the beginning to the end. The service is excellent. Very professional team. The installers were also very quick, efficient and professional. They cleaned up before leaving our place.

I had a positive experience with Rite Rug. Their carpet prices while not the lowest I found were more than made up for with their customer service. They came out to my house with a decent amount of samples to choose from. Again, it wasn't the largest selection that I found compared to other places, but there was enough that I could make a quality decision.
