Kevin was there for us through the entire process. He was quick to respond to questions and did not try to upsell on the flooring. He followed up after the installation. He and the installation crew were great.
Easy quick installation. Did need a small repair. Asia was prompt and proactive in getting the repair facilitated. I am very happy with my carpet.

Rachel was prompt and helped us prepare the house for sale. I feel like we got a good deal for the money and didn’t try to up sell like most flooring companies. The installers were on time and very neat and tidy. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the installation!
