My experience with Rite Rug Flooring has been wonderful. I recently had vinyl plank installed in my living room/dining/entry and kitchen. From the beginning, my salesperson, Kevin W. was excellent. Everything was explained in detail, and he reassured me all would go smoothly as it did. The materials came in quickly and my installation date was scheduled. Great service from start to finish. Follow up was great , They let us know asap when items would be in and ready to schedule the install. They did 1/2 of our house and we are having them back to do the rest. We used them in our last house and were so happy with the results it was not an issue with using them again. Seth and Kathryn were great.

I again reached out to Michael W***** to put basement carpet in my new house. He helped me choose the best color and type of carpet while remaining within my budget, yet having the room look outstanding. Once again, he did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the installers measured incorrectly and placed the carpet tacking strip in the wrong place, leaving a line of holes in the concrete next to the carpet edge. We spent a lot of money on our hardwood floors and had RiteRug also do the install. We were told the size of our room did not require the flooring to acclimate... the flooring shrunk and there were very noticeable gaps. For the longest time we got the run-a-round on how to make things right. My wife and I are seniors, so I didn't feel it was our responsibility to again move a 1000 lb gun safe, heavy office furniture, etc. There is much more I could say negatively; but then Kelly K**** got assigned to our issue. Rachel C******* from Rite-Rug is awesome! She came and listened (which is rare now) and actually found us something that perfectly fit our feel, culture, and decor. The install was easy and painless for us, although probably not so with them. We have a childcare and they had to work around that, which they did with no complaints or issues. 5-Stars!
Referred to Kevin W***** and asked him to match a stain that was already used in other areas of the house with out knowing the name. Also asked for it to be done quickly in the midst of a room remodel and he exceeded all expectations. The customer service was outstanding and the finished product, the new hardwood floors look amazing!
Issue with carpet after install complete but Joanne resolved the issue quickly, efficiently and appropriately. Great to work with!
