Very pleased with the sales process and installation 9 months ago. More importantly, the customer service recently received was outstanding. I knew regular cleaning was necessary for maintaining warranty coverage, however I couldn't find my receipt or info packet from the time of purchase. We recently re-carpeted our entire upper level with Rite Rug in ***** Center, OH. From start to finish, it was a good experience and the process moved quickly to meet our ambitious timeline -- as we were hosting a big birthday bash at our home. The installers were great, however, they disassembled our Sleep Number bed (to move it) and unfortunately, threw if offline due to their attempt to put it back together. Worked with ************************* who ensured that all of my concerns with flooring repair were met. ******* was consistent and followed up with me until all repairs were completed. The tech *** was wonderful and very personable, made quick work of the issue and assured me that if I had any further problems that I could call back and request him. He was very apologetic when I conveyed the rudeness I encountered when I placed the service order. The so-called **************** rep, however, was another story. We have used Rite Rug for many years in 2 houses for both carpet and hardwoods. Recently had a brick ceramic tile floor installed, but unfortunately the installer did a horrible job. When I called the customer care team at ********************** they had someone out the next week who agreed it neede to be replaced. Great quality installation of three rooms of laminate. A minor issue nine months later that ****** responded and coordinated repair, and repairman fixed the issue quickly. He also was superb! Excellent service, response time, and product!
