This is my second time using RiteRug Flooring for carpet installation. I am not going to say the second time was perfect and no glitches. What I will say is Rachel C******* is awesome! Rachel was efficient, professional, and very accommodating with getting any issues taken care of. The carpenter was very professional and did a fantastic job. I am VERY pleased with the outcome. I definitely recommend Rachel and RiteRug flooring. I will use their services again if needed.
My experience with Rite Rug has been wonderful . Joann S**** was very helpful, she was quick to get the repair scheduled and kept us updated with any times or date changes. The repair team (Antonio) were wonderful! Great work. We love our floors. Thank you.
Had hardwood floors installed. Three areas of issue where wood was damaged or not to our satisfaction. Called customer service (Kelly P.) she scheduled a crew out, at our convenience, they fixed our concerns now the floors look perfect. Couldn’t be happier.
My experience with Rite Rug Flooring has been wonderful. I recently had vinyl plank installed in my living room/dining/entry and kitchen. From the beginning, my salesperson, Kevin W. was excellent. Great service from start to finish. Follow up was great , They let us know asap when items would be in and ready to schedule the install. They did 1/2 of our house and we are having them back to do the rest. We used them in our last house and were so happy with the results it was not an issue with using them again. Seth and Kathryn were great.

I again reached out to Michael W***** to put basement carpet in my new house. He helped me choose the best color and type of carpet while remaining within my budget, yet having the room look outstanding. Once again, he did not disappoint. Unfortunately, the installers measured incorrectly and placed the carpet tacking strip in the wrong place, leaving a line of holes in the concrete next to the carpet edge. We spent a lot of money on our hardwood floors and had RiteRug also do the install. We were told the size of our room did not require the flooring to acclimate... the flooring shrunk and there were very noticeable gaps. For the longest time we got the run-a-round on how to make things right. My wife and I are seniors, so I didn't feel it was our responsibility to again move a 1000 lb gun safe, heavy office furniture, etc. There is much more I could say negatively; but then Kelly K**** got assigned to our issue.
