The tech *** was wonderful and very personable, made quick work of the issue and assured me that if I had any further problems that I could call back and request him. He was very apologetic when I conveyed the rudeness I encountered when I placed the service order. The so-called **************** rep, however, was another story. We have used Rite Rug for many years in 2 houses for both carpet and hardwoods. Recently had a brick ceramic tile floor installed, but unfortunately the installer did a horrible job. When I called the customer care team at ********************** they had someone out the next week who agreed it neede to be replaced. Great quality installation of three rooms of laminate. A minor issue nine months later that ****** responded and coordinated repair, and repairman fixed the issue quickly. He also was superb! Excellent service, response time, and product!
