Recently had three (3) rooms carpeted and are 'very satisfied' with the ***************** purchased. ******* - Concho were our installers and ************** was our sales rep. All were very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. Installers were very efficient and made sure everything was picked-up/cleaned-up and our furniture put back just where we wanted it. Will be purchasing more in the near future.

*********************** was our salesman and our point of contact. He stayed involved to get the last part of our floors finished. I truly appreciate everything he did to keep it moving. ******************* was also very good. Im not sure if ***** escalated our experience and that is how we got *** or if he was randomly assigned. Our grandson was here when he was finishing up the kitchen. ***************************** is most effective in customer care support. Although it took two months to resolve my issue of mismatch colors bwt baseboard and quarter after installation of hardwood floor, her integrity fueled my patience and cooperation. She returned my numerous phone calls even when there was little progress to report. Easy quick installation. Did need a small repair. Asia was prompt and proactive in getting the repair facilitated. I am very happy with my carpet.
