Honestly, the easiest car lot we have ever worked with. Thank you Greg “The Dancing Car Man” Taylor, you are an amazing salesman and made the process extremely easy. Greg went above and beyond, while waiting for my new Kia Sorento he even went to help get it clean so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. Once I left, I accidentally left my garage door opener in my trade in car, Greg drove to meet me where I was so I didn’t have to drive back to the dealership. I would 100% shop here again.

Thanks to the Great Sales person Greg Taylor for helping us find a Kia Niro That I love , I get great gas mileage in town (60mpg) and 56mpg open road . I highly recommend Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I called about a vehicle I saw on their website and they answered the questions I had regarding the car. I set up a time to come in later that day.
