RecommendedUnfortunately Rusty Wallace Kia was not our first stop. Wish it had of been....but it was our last! These people are amazing! We had a lot of demands and just so much to work with. They made it happen! My husband and I both got what we wanted at a price we could afford! They went more than the extra mile for us! The best experience ever! Greg Taylor is the best salesman. He went to bat for us in the beginning. Wish I could remember the sales managers name he was great also. Then the finance man was fabulous. Albury And all the staff was completely amazing. We told him what we were looking for and they gave us the absolute best deal. Walked us through everything, answered all our questions “ very knowledgeable Stuff.” We will never buy a car from anyone else. Unlike all the other dealerships we met with they didn’t make us wait a long time we were in and out very quickly. Love my new Kia. 5 star place to buy a new or used car.
I need to brag about Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa for a minute. In October I bought a truck from them and it was one of the easiest vehicle buying transactions I have ever had with any dealer. Fast forward two months a couple of things needed attention on the truck. I texted Brian Kitts about the issue and he said bring it in. Bill and Will made July 14th, 2018 a very happy day for our family. Our first Sorento was a 2012 4-cylinder, We traded that one in for a 2016 V-6 Sorento-LX, and finally have now upgraded into a 2019 V-6 Sorento-SX. We have loved each of our Sorentos, but this newest one is a dream. And as if the car itself wasn't enough, Rusty Wallace is now throwing in a 200,000 mile warranty!! No, that's NOT a typo.
