My son bought three Lexus from a Knoxville Lexus dealer and the Kia dealership in Alcoa far surpasses them invest how they treat their customers. I have bought 3 new KIAs and my husband has bought 1 used one and we have always been treated like their most important customer. The KIA is a good looking reliable vehicle. Sometimes life is difficult and when my daughter found herself in need of a new vehicle there was no other choice for us than Rusty Kia in Alcoa, with 2 great experiences myself in 2014 and 2017 I knew where to go and now I can add a 3rd great experience. Just purchased a new Kia Soul from here and had a great experience. They were super busy and made time for me to meet and check out my vehicle. They were super fast in checking out my trade in and offering me a good deal more than anticipated and was able to beat my bank on financing options.
