We were very pleased with our dealings with Empire Carpet and Blinds in Charlotte. The variety of samples brought to our home let us decide what carpet we wanted. The crew who came out to install the carpet were great! They stripped out the old carpet in two rooms and put down the new quickly and efficiently and completely cleaned up after themselves. We'd certainly call on them again when we have a new project.
We have purchased carpet/flooring with Carpet One over the years & have always been satisfied. Lee truly cares about his customer & goes the extra mile - treats you like family. Our salesman, Andy, was very helpful when we were choosing area carpets for our new home. When the installer could not come due to a bad back, they both came & laid the area rugs for us. We were impressed with the eye for detail every step of the way! It is the only carpet store we would ever use!
I purchased flooring from Your Floors, Fredericksburg, VA for my second time within the past 2 1/2 years. I have to say the first time they did a great job. And actually this second time around they exceeded my expectations. I can say this is a great company to work with if you are in the market for new flooring. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The kitchen floor came out beautiful and the tile backsplash is perfect. The installers were also very respectful and did a great job.
Recently (Dec 2022), I did business with Carpet One, US 1 South in St Augustine. I was extremely pleased with the curtesy, efficiency and timeliness of the service of both Chris and Rodney. They really went the extra mile for a confused 80 year old women. Thanks a million.
O'Briens Carpet installed the carpet at our rental in August 2022. This is the third time we have used them for our properties and we are really pleased with their selection, salesman Craig, and the scheduling & installation teams. Once the carpet is selected, the rest is easy as it is up to them and they do a very professional job!
We worked with Dan to replace our foyer floor that had been ruined by water. The process was quick and easy. The new porcelain tile floors are beautiful.
