Hate my new car has issues they do not want to deal with and give us the brush off. Have stopped driving it and am back to driving my old SUV cause we feel safer driving it then we do driving our new 2017 dodge biggest pos we have ever owned and the repair shop treats us like we are stupid.
I went in for a repair of my phone feature on the Jeep I just purchased in October, yes I bought it brand new from there. After 2 hours of sitting there for a scheduled appointment that was at 7:45, I arrived at 7:35, I went and asked what was going on. The technician was just telling the scheduler that he was just now pulling my car in.
