Buying our Jeep Patriot in 2016 was excellent. Our latest service appointment on 28 July 2020 was disappointing. Though, we booked an appointment on line, it was still 1st come, 1st serve when we arrived. So, the appointment process was a big waste. As we waited in the service line, we realized it would be 2 hrs minimum for service. We also wanted a computer diagnostic for an acceleration ‘hiccup’ we’ve been experiencing, but the service tech was not optimistic. I suspected an O2 sensor or ERValve, but he wasn’t sure. I just want to say hands down Blake is the best service advisor that I have ever had. I moved from VA to NC and the service that I received from him has been amazing. When you deal with larger companies sometimes you expect the service to be subpar compared to those of mom & pop caliber that rely on word of mouth and reviews. Blake has been both responsive and knowledgeable with every request I had (and I had many lol). His positive energy shows even over the phone.
