Worst dealership EVER!!! DO NOT get a car from them. They are completely unprofessional and specialize in giving you the run around. You can never get someone on the phone no matter how many times you call and leave messages. Not helpful at all. Completely waste of time.
They want to sell you on payment, not price. Asked for a bottom line price, they refused and said they couldn't tell me what it was. Avoid.
Sport Durst stripped the steering wheel bolt and shaft. I had to pay another mechanic to fix the steering wheel so we could have our truck. This was my last trip to them ever. Prior to this their tech broke a vacuum line (they did fix it but they didn’t offer us any means of transportation in the interim) and we were down a vehicle. We came in to get the transmission fixed (they changed the filter and the dipstick) and the transmission problem still remains. Absolute worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Last time I went they had my car for two days and no one even called to update me on anything. When you call you can't get a person on the phone, if you leave a message they don't return calls. Their commercials are a joke, the fact that they are still in business is baffling.
I took my car here to get an electrical issue fixed, I waited a couple days and hadn't heard anything back yet so I called them up to get an update. Only to hear they are busy and are working on a diagnosis and fixing some recalls. So after another day or 2 I decided to go on up to the dealership to check on my car and grab something out of it, but when I got there my car was in a back corner with ALL windows down and trunk popped and nobody working on it at all.. really? Wish I could give them a 0. This was my third attempt gone wrong with them over the past 6 years. I left but came back because I lost my old mechanic because I wanted a Dodge service technician to care for my car and protect my investment. I am officially done. Customer Service sucks and they will call you a liar in a nice condescending way! I just don't trust them at all. If you like feeling taken advantage of or have money to give away-you can get your fix here!
The worst place to go for diagnostics...repairs..or customer service. Get on FB and another customer is complaining about their service today as well. Wrong part numbers...charging money to patch problems, not repair. Wasted close to $1000 and issued still not fixed. Will be reportimg to BBB and contacting local news in regards to company next week. DO NOT GO THERE AND BE LIED TO. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! They need to sell another make of car bc they know nothing about Dodges!
They put the mileage down on my new truck,and they seem not to want to get back in touch with me.Been told they would call but they never did.You need to review your contract good before you sign it.Just been told a lot of lies.
They over charged my son for his dodge truck.they really no ethical deals when it comes to car sales...So disappointed with those sales men .
