when you quote a price, stand behind it. when you make a promise to look into an issue DO IT, don't keep putting a customer off.
Traded in a car for a new 2019 Jeep and have had the worst time ever! They ended up registering everything with the wrong VIN number so I had to go back a few days later to resign paperwork only to find out after I got back home that they didnt have me sign it all. So I had to make another trip back to resign more paperwork, then I'm called another week later to find out they figured something wrong and the reason I haven't gotten my new tags is because I owe $37 more dollars in which I had to pay over the phone. Beyond the worst customer service and most incompetent techs I've ever seen. Took my father's Jeep in to have an electrical issue diagnosed, every time we called for updates during the week the car was there they never had any answers, went to check on it and was greeted with an abraisive "why are you here", got the car back and not only did they not put the relays back in for the sunroof and windows, they also left several connectors, screws and panels completely off, one fuse out, one fuse crushed, and one fuse missing the... read more
Horrible customer service & service on our truck. It’s been in numerous times for the same leak they keep saying they fixed. Carpets have been soaked but they refuse to replace them! Will never buy a truck from Dodge again. Calls & messages are not returned, our representative has ignored us & has been zero help.
