I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the service or lack of service after installation. A warranty on services provided is no good if you cant get the company to come back and see what the problem is. It took up to 3-4 months each time someone was to come back and complete the installation of my floors. Ive made several attempts to have installation corrected, only to wait a minimum of at least a month to even talk to someone. There have been at least two different contractors look at the floors and say that... read more

My husband signed a contract with 50floors located in ************** back in May 2022. We also paid a little over $2,000 for a down payment to have laminate floors installed. I was not informed at the time of signing the contact it would be a delay for the materials needed to complete the job. For the past two weeks Ive been calling and getting the runaround regarding an installation date. I called several times today, spoke with *** around 11 am this morning. I paid the ******* office $908 on April 27 and my credit card was charged. This was 50% of the total price. The balance was to be paid the day of the installation before the work began. Since then, my installation has been rescheduled multiple times, with a different excuse nearly every time. This morning, 6/16/22, they called again saying my installation today has to be rescheduled. My wife and I are highly angry at 50 Floor. We got swindled into a deal with a Con Artist Salesman that wrote up a deceptive proposal completely deceiving us out of the product we picked out and put carpet down everywhere! After our Tenant noticed that the Installation team was putting down the wrong product, they blamed her for not stopping them sooner. We had 50 Floor around 4 years ago to install luxury vinyl in our bedrooms! It was awesome! Fast turn around and the floors have stood up to the test of time! We had them back a little over 2 years ago to do the rest of the house and now that floor is pulling up. My grandmother was looking to get laminate flooring to replace the old carpet in a few guest bedrooms and a living area so she "shopped around" a bit for quotes to look for a fair price. She called me up saying she was going to go with 50 Floor since she liked the idea of the quote based on what the sales rep told her. She had me on speaker phone while the salesman was there so I asked him about the quote. He was charging her $2400 for 225sqft of laminate install. I recommend 50 floors to my elderly parents and it has been the absolute worst. It took them almost a month to install carpet in my moms bedroom. They also got laminate in their living room and it is just a hack job. I have pictures and video.They also have Hispanic contract workers which is totally fine but they was a language barrier and they were not able to communicate with my parents as to what was going on during the install. On 12/16/2021, I signed a contract with 50FLOOR for Phenix N259 Front Runner carpeting and laminate flooring. On installation in the beginning of January, the master bedroom has a seam running thru the center of the room between the bedroom hallway entrance and the master bathroom entrance. It was very high (at least 3-4 inches high) and hard. (Similar to a speed bump.) The installer came back and said it was NOT a seam, but a crease in the carpet.
