Their salesman assured us that transitions between the new floor and existing tile would be flat and that the new wood floor would be of high quality. $4,500 later, the transitions were not flat and the wood flooring was full of defects. It took several weeks for them to return after numerous calls and their empty promises. 7 weeks into the project, repair techs came but left abruptly with the repairs half finished with a one inch gap where the transition strip was. I hired 50 floors to lay laminate floors in my house.The salesman was told to match the living room floor which is quality engineered wood.The salesman showed me a sample of laminate floor and discussed floating floors as we are on a slab,I was charged over $5000 for ***************** and a short hallway.The floor was laid and looked nice but when I drop a small item on the floor it was very loud.I am disabled and a older person and my wife said all she saw was a blue moisture sheet placed under the floor.I called the compan... read more

Poor installation and product. Have called numerous times and call is forwarded to customer service who doesn't answer and message cannot be left. This is three months after the install.I am sure 50 Florr will leave a canned message looking like they are concerned but they aren't and nothing else will be done. They should not be in business.

Our appointment for a quote was canceled, by email, less than 10 minutes before the appointment time. When I called the office for an explanation, I was put on hold by the office staff member only for her to come back with the answer that she did not know why the appointment was canceled. While it was frustrating, it spoke loud and clear that 50 Floor is not dependable nor in control of their business. I feel we dodged a bullet and can move on to the other flooring vendors on our list to check out.

This Company is Completely off there advertising. I was outrageously over charged **** dollars for less tan **** square feet of vinyl flooring. Not only that they miss calculated and a 1 day job turned into a month. They also ignored my texts. And when I called corporate they said they had to contact local manager. Never heard back. They do not honor there advertising...free Installation?????

Did not show on day scheduled and did not call to say they were not coming. I called company to see if still coming and they said no and rescheduled me for another day. My carpet needed to be restretched. I moved all the furniture the evening prior. I told the manager I was not available on another day. Is there another company I can contact that can come out sooner? He gave me the name *****. ***** said he can come out the next day (Sat am) to restrech my carpet. We used 50 Floor to install a wood laminate floor last year. We had a sales guy come to our house and show samples, we picked out the floor we wanted, and then waited. When they finally came to do the install they did not install what we agreed on, completely different product, only thing correct was the color. They were supposed to install matching quarter round, they brought wrong color so used some bare stock and applied a stain that doesn't even come close to the color of the floor. We ordered new carpet on 1/28/22. We have been unable to contact them since. We gave a check of $200. It has not been cashed. The operator at 50 floors gives us a number to call. Everyone of them goes to voicemail and we never get a return call. Our remodel is backed up by a month now.We called this morning and told them we decided to stop the transaction and order from *********** Stopped payment on the $200 check.

I am so angry! I had carpet installed last week and the workers were just awful! They broke my possessions, used the toilet (without asking) and left it unflushed! I am still horrified about that discovery in my home and I feel violated over the whole incident. They left 2 messes in places I did not even think to look because they were not authorized or needing to be in those spaces.
