Feature Enhancement

Agent — Preview Calendar on Test Run

  • What changed: Added a preview calendar button when test-running a social publishing agent, so you can preview how scheduled posts would land on a calendar before publishing.
  • Why it matters: Makes it easier to validate that a publishing agent's schedule looks right before it goes live, without guessing from a list view.
  • How to check it out: When test-running a social publishing agent, look for the new preview calendar button.

Other

Stop Scheduled Posts When Social Is Disabled

  • What changed: Scheduled social posts are now automatically removed when Social is disabled for an account, instead of remaining queued and still publishing.
  • Why it matters: Prevents posts from going out after Social has been turned off for an account — closing a gap that previously required manual cleanup.
  • How to check it out: This happens automatically whenever Social is disabled for an account; no action needed. NOTE: removed scheduled posts are not restored if Social is re-enabled later.

Applicable to both Direct and Partners

Feature Enhancement

Facebook Publishing Restricted for Service Area Businesses

  • What changed: Facebook listing publishing is now blocked for Service Area Businesses (where "Hide Address" is enabled), matching how Apple already handles these profiles — with the same status and messaging shown instead.
  • Why it matters: Prevents hidden address information from being exposed or mishandled on Facebook, and gives consistent behavior across publishers instead of Facebook behaving differently than Apple.
  • How to check it out: In Settings > Business > Manage your business profile page, on a Service Area Business profile with "Hide Address" enabled, Facebook publishing now shows the same restricted status used for Apple. A Service Area Business profile with "Hide Address" enabled, Facebook publishing now shows the same restricted status used for Apple.
