Over the past seven years, I have enjoyed top quality service from Karen Waite. Last week after the storm I called and she was at my home within an hour. I was so overwhelmed, she put me to ease and reminded me that she has always taken care of me in the past and this time was no different. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jermaine from Don Bailey Flooring. We had an extremely tight deadline to work with, due to home improvements going on at the same time we were completing a long distance move. Don was able to meet me at the house and brought several carpet samples for me to choose from while he took measurements for the project. I chose Don Bailey due to them being a reputable company for so may years. I called on Monday (which was Labor Day) Jermaine answered, stating that he would still be able to service me. I came within an hour, went to the back showroom, and he helped me pick out a beautiful piece of carpet all in about 15min. He was so patient and kind, and thoroughly explained pricing and procedures. Jermaine made this agonizing and stressful process a breeze. I was even able to have the carpet installed on the same day.
