Jermaine Ponder was excellent as he took me and my son to find the perfect carpet to fit my budget; it was higher than I anticipated and we were able to find a happy medium. He advised it could be installed on Wednesday, but he surpassed all our expectations by having the carpet installed on Tuesday afternoon. He kept me updated on Monday and Tuesday, and quite frankly I have never had this caliber of service. The installers were great, constantly cleaning as they went. You have an amazing Sales Representative at your Biscayne Miami store, I called in for my stairs had no time to get into the store, Elisa sent me pictures of carpets, a gentleman came and measured on a Wednesday and on Saturday Angel Instslled my carpet on the stairs, flawless...Elisa made it happen, thanks for all your help....
