Karen was so honest and sincere, I called her a year after I met her to give her the job. She did not try to sell us, she took our concerns into considerations and made recommendations. I am a renter in Aventura about a year ago my landlord said he would replace my rugs, I spoke to Elisa from the Biscayne store. She came out measured my apt but my landlord took his time, I heard from her multiple times and explained the situation to her and left it that when I was ready id come back to her. The materials we needed were not carried by your company however you were able to locate the manufacturer order and ship the materials and perform a custom installation within 30 days! Karen is so faithful, our annual event has been happening for the last ten years. With all the planning and organizing for this event, the staff and I were in a rush to get a few things done prior to the start of our event. I spoke to Karen and she was at the facility in thirty minutes, she took care of as she always does,and made recommendations. The product was installed in less than a week. Karen , thank you from the bottom of my heart. We recently flew down NY to close on our condo, we were in a time crunch between closing, remodeling and furnishing the apartment in two weeks. My painter recommended Karen , she made two trips to see us in Boca but she took very good care of us. She delivered as promised and even called to follow up after the job was done.
