I visited the Port Orange Floor Factory Outlet the other day and was able to get exactly what I needed. Mike, the store manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was there last month as well, doing another room and found the perfect carpet. The installer, Billy, did a great job and really paid attention to detail. He really above and beyond with everything! I’m looking forward to the next carpet getting installed tomorrow! This is a great business to go to get things done!
WOW,WOW,WOW...FROM THE TIME WE WALKED INTO THE SHOWROOM IN OCALA AND MET GONZALO IT WAS FANTASTIC. WE WERE LOOKING TO MATCH EXISTING TILE TO NO AVAIL BUT GONZALO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND FOUND US A WATERPROOF PRODUCT THAT ALMOST MATCHED EXACTLY. HE TOOK OUR ORDER, SCHEDULED INSTALLERS THE NEXT DAY AND LOOKS AMAZING. WE WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOOR FACTORY OUTLET AND GONZALO. I would like to state how wonderful the service was at Floor Factory Outlet in Port Orange, FL. From the minute I walked into the store. Scott Yocum came over shook my hand and off we went... He answered all of my questions....I felt like he was in my corner... and he showed his expertise in helping me pick out carpeting and luxury vinyl planking. If you are looking for flooring, I highly recommend Floor Factory Outlet in Ocala! We were lucky enough to meet Gonzalo, who was not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly and personable. He answered all of our questions and we found the PERFECT flooring for all our bedrooms and our living room. Met Gonzalo for the first time at your Ocala store who was very helpful and pleasant. Its always a pleasure to get all the information you need from an expert for the right affordable tile for your project. Exchanging defective tile with new ones was never an issue and returning extra grout and thin set was never a problem.
