I purchased my floor from Billie at the Ocala location. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful from picking the right floor to setting up the install. He followed up and kept me advised on each step of the process from purchase to install. I’m very pleased and found the whole experience to be smooth and top notch from purchase to install. I love my new floor!!
We walked into the Ocala location, picked out the carpet we wanted, and within the week our carpet had been installed. Initially we dealt with Billy, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Billy advised the installer, Isaiah, would be in touch with us within two days. Later that same day, Isaiah phoned, and we arranged appointments. We were referred by a friend to shop for carpeting at the Ocala location, which we did and was greeted by Gonzalo Walker , which was very polite and pleasant man. He helped us with selecting some carpet for our home, which we are very much happy with. Also Mark the store manager was very nice and help us with a very nice discount. Great selection of on hand inventory for emmediate pick up. Nick was very knowledgeable of quality levels of flooring and product information. We purchased 800 sf of LPF and took it with us for contractor to install. Will definitely return for our next flooring purchase.
The sales staff at the St Augustine store is great. They were a great help without pressure but showed me some options I hadn't considered. Can't wait til its installed. For sure I'll go back for future flooring needs.
