This place is really living up to its name! I bought furniture from the over 8 months ago. After leaving work early for numerous deliveries I still do not have everything I ordered. It was just a bed, dresser, and mirror. Things were either damaged, missing parts, or just flat out not on the truck. Now they are telling me the mirror is out of stock. The worst experience in my life. They tried to gave me a used coffee table as if it was new, THREE TIMES. Delivery of the items was supposed to be a one time thing, it took them 4 delivery times (meaning I had to take 4 days off from work since the window of delivery they offer is unrealistic). Sales man lied to us on several occasions. Financing was promised to be for 48 months, when invoice appeared in my mailbox payment doubled what they told me. We are sad to hear our customer is not happy with his purchase experience. The coffee table was not used furniture, it was a floor sample, and was sold to the customer as such. We did bring out to the customer three times, and the customer did refuse it, which is fine. The customer's finance account has not been charged for that product. The following is a letter that I wrote to ***** ******* Director of Haynes Furniture. It describes several issues we've had since we made the purchase on 11/10/2017, and received it on 11/15/2017, less than a month after the furniture was received. We have had a lot of problems that would indicate that the furniture we purchased **** not last a year without major issues. 1. Store is nice, prices just ok. But if you ever have to deal with them for any warranty issues, just go somewhere else and buy all over. We are on our 2nd week trying to resolve a mfg. warrenty and still to no resolve, all they what to do is fix, fix, fix. Oh by the why, we even purchased a guardian warranty, not covered , not broke. Unless you are purchasing something simple, ie.... A lamp, buyer beware.
Haynes-extremely POOR customer service. Deceptive, evasive, almost criminal! Furniture did not come when stated- What did come was quick to fail-power recliner failed in 1 day. Went to store in NN with issue told resolution was to call 800# customer service. No answer- called again got agent and was told to go to store- I was at the desk in the store told to go to customer service 800#. Called again- Got agent and was told 4 in-stock. Wrong mattress delivered, wrong bed headboard, kitchen table was broke. Still waiting on the headboard and kitchen table to be replaced and this was ordered a month ago and still not heard anything back yet.

We spent ****** on a "top grain" leather sofa. After 2 years of gentle use, the leather surface started to flake off (they sold us bonded leather labeled as "top grain" confirmed by 3 leather repair specialist.) We were delivered a defective/damaged mattress 2x and the mattress sags (is not what we ordered). We cancelled this Sales Order via phone 3-4x and 2 emails. Delivery guys are rushing to get in/out even though I had the mattresses up and ready (plus underneath mattress was vaccuumed, cleaned and ready to have new placed on -- NOT manhandled and NOT placed on our metal frame correctly; the delivery guy pulled the 2 low profiles up and squeezed them together in the middle, when one was hanging over the frame.
