*******. I have the same problems with my theater love seat. The leather is peeling off the headrest, the back of the chairs where someone would rest there back and the seat. I was told this was one of the best leathers they had. I don't like the fact that no one in the store told me it was bonded leather or explained to me the difference in leather. We purchased a bedroom set, television stand, leather sofa and leather love seat almost 2 years ago. We also purchased the 5 year protection plus warranty. My leather sofa has leather ripped off the side where the recliner goes up and down. I have been told that they consider that peeling and that is not covered. When I bought the coverage I was told that it would cover any damage, even damage we did accidentally. We wish there was a protection plan that covered everything, but there is just no such thing, however, *** does cover a lot, including many accidental damages. We receive approvals from them all the time for parts or even complete replacements. Still waiting on a king base that was to be delivered last week. I refused delivery and they told me I would be charged a restocking fee. I have attempted calling, emailing, showing up and no answers or status updates. I have left three messages and today manager couldn't talk because he was in a meeting. I am furious. I spend 4K on a mattress, delivery broke items in my house and left my precious mattress thrown on the floor. Business like this should be closed down.
I bought a chair from Haynes in September 2018. The chair stopped working a month after I got it. I have called multiple times to file a claim and they told me that this is not covered because I bought the chair "as-is". I bought this chair brand new not used. This recliner is no good to me if it does not work. I bought it when I had a broken foot to help me get up and down. I was told by a sales person that I had a warranty with the bed I purchased and I didn't need the extended warranty. I found that the team who delivered the bed didn't build it correctly. When I called Haynes not only did I find out that I had no warranty they would not even come out a fix the issues and I had the bed for just a little bit over 30 days.
Many Haynes employees showed a lack of respect for their customers and continually proved incompetent in handling faulty furniture issues. In the future, a more in depth training for the employees in working with customers would prove beneficial.

I bought several items from Hanes 7 months ago after 4 months we started having issues with the loveseat and sofa stitching coming out and the fabric actually breaking down to the point where it looked like tears. We had purchased the warranty on everything and after MANY back and forth conversations, e-mails, most not returned too, they have deemed it a manufactures defect that falls back on Hanes. BEWARE! We purchased ******** worth of furniture from the dump. We've filed a complaint and the dump still do not want to correct their mistake with our furniture. The sofa and recliner seats were not put on correctly. They keep telling us this how is suppose to look. It did not look like that in the store and not on the website either. So, our last option is to take our pictures with us after we file our claim in small claims court. I will not let them get away with just taking our money!

On Valentine day my husband decided to buy me the furniture that i really liked for me & my daughter.
