The Dump Furniture Customer Service and delivery are horrible. The managers and sales reps are liars, and they don't value their customers. Nearly two weeks later and my order hasn't been delivered. Every time I call, I hear a different story about my order. This store is ridiculous. We were told that they gave all the ******* ******** customers to the ******* ******** sales guy, so they must be prejudice. The customer ordered a bed and two nightstands on 11/29. At the time of sale, she was advised that the bed was backordered until Feb. She told the store manager that she didn't want to wait until February for new stock to arrive from overseas. The store manager offered her the floor model and a **** credit because it was a floor model which she accepted. All pieces are scheduled to be delivered on 12/16/20. We have had no contact from our customer since July when we delivered his dining set. Is he having issues with the dining set or with the upholstery that he purchased in April. A service agent will contact the customer to offer assistance.
They will lie and steal your money without the product.

The customer cancelled her order because she was quite upset that the stock was not in inventory. Her money was refunded right away. Perhaps she just doesn't realize that manufacturing and shipping ceased from February until June due to COVID. Production of furniture is taking a while to catch up not to mention the time for shipping of product from overseas as most furniture is imported. First, I am as easy going as they come. I do not like to complain, and I understand 2020 is unprecedented. However, Haynes let me down over the past 3 months (and counting). Our family has spent over ******* with Haynes in the past two years and have experienced fairly good service (until now). That will not be happening again in the future. Horrible experience. The furniture is very nice, however, the delivery experience has been a nightmare. We feel like we have experienced the classic bait and switch. We purchased the furniture in store. We purchased 13 pieces of furniture the first weekend in August. We were told all pieces except 1 were in stock and would be delivered the next week. Terrible place to do business they change prices on my purchase they delivered damaged mattress promised to exchange then they gave the you cant return solution I am stuck with mattress. I reported to the finance co. And to ******** ******* credit card stay away it is a Real dump. There delivery service is terrible.
We purchase a sofa & a chair in Dec 2019, the back on the chair came loose in January so they sent a service guy out. He beat on the chair with a plastic hammer for about an hour, finally got it locked in place. After he left chair was sitting crooked, called again and service was scheduled,. Horrible customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone. Delivered damaged leather couch and loveseat. I should have refused both pieces at delivery and walked away. We recorded the damage and called the dump. They said they would deliver a new couch next week and send a tech to fix the other ding. Delivery never happened and they never called.
