The Dump Furniture Customer Service and delivery are horrible. The managers and sales reps are liars, and they don't value their customers. Nearly two weeks later and my order hasn't been delivered. Every time I call, I hear a different story about my order. This store is ridiculous. We were told that they gave all the ******* ******** customers to the ******* ******** sales guy, so they must be prejudice. I would just like for them to return me my ****** they are taking money from poor people that's just trying to bad some piece of furniture and they do not have it if you like broken furniture shop in Haines find someone to take your money shopping Haynes furniture

First, I am as easy going as they come. I do not like to complain, and I understand 2020 is unprecedented. However, Haynes let me down over the past 3 months (and counting). Our family has spent over ******* with Haynes in the past two years and have experienced fairly good service (until now). That will not be happening again in the future. Horrible experience. The furniture is very nice, however, the delivery experience has been a nightmare. We feel like we have experienced the classic bait and switch. We purchased the furniture in store. We purchased 13 pieces of furniture the first weekend in August. We were told all pieces except 1 were in stock and would be delivered the next week. We received a dining room table and chairs first. The delivery crew arrived and advised all parts and accessories were not present and they were unable to set it up. They tried ... read more

Terrible place to do business they change prices on my purchase they delivered damaged mattress promised to exchange then they gave the you cant return solution I am stuck with mattress. I reported to the finance co. And to ******** ******* credit card stay away it is a Real dump. There delivery service is terrible.

We purchase a sofa & a chair in Dec 2019, the back on the chair came loose in January so they sent a service guy out. He beat on the chair with a plastic hammer for about an hour, finally got it locked in place. After he left chair was sitting crooked, called again and service was scheduled,. In the meantime Covid happened, and the back came loose again. Service was going to come in May, but since the back won;t stay on and beating on it with a hammer is not good, we wanted to replace. Horrible customer service. Can't get anyone on the phone. Delivered damaged leather couch and loveseat. I should have refused both pieces at delivery and walked away. We recorded the damage and called the dump. They said they would deliver a new couch next week and send a tech to fix the other ding. Delivery never happened and they never called.
