Placed an order with the dump on March 19th. Here it is April 10th and I am yet to receive my order. No on has reached out to me about my order. I called and was told they were having technical issues. I dont understand what that has to do with me receiving my order that was place almost a month ago. Stay away from this placw please

We are very sorry for the delay in delivering our customer's mattress. Our company experienced a failure of our computer system which affected everything company wide during the month of April. Of course, our delivery schedules were affected because that is all computerized. We delivered the mattress to our customer on 4/17/21
I usually do not write reviews, but I feel the need to warn people of their deceptive warranty practices. I bought a mattress from The Dump in ***** At the time, I was advised to buy a mattress protector to ensure that the warranty is honored and I did just that. Soon after buying the mattress, the mattress started to sag. It literally was PULLING TEETH to even get a response. No one would answer the phone. I left voicemails with no response. We have reviewed our customer's complaint with our bedding supervisor. Photos taken by the delivery team show a stain and a tear in the mattress. Ordinarily, this voids the vendor warranty; however this particular manufacturer had pre- approved the selection of another mattress and they do not require require the return of the defective mattress. Our bedding supervisor has contacted the customer to effect a resolution.
Purchased a remote recliner that worked temporarily. Have contacted customer service on numerous occasions with no resolve. I'm paying for a recliner that is not operational with no resolution from this company.
ZERO STARS!! Terrible terrible experience will never shop or recommend. Had a sales rep follow us around like a shadow even though we advised we were just looking. Worse than shopping for a car. When we finally found something we liked we placed the order confirmed the info was correct on the computer screen dotted the I's crossed the T's and left. got home to realize the rep who asked " you want everything you see here" left off the ottoman. We bought furniture at Haynes furniture on hull street in Richmond va. Furniture as delivered piece meal which was ok however it was delivered at 9 pm at night. Upon purchase we quailed fir a redemption reward a 50" television from . I attempted calling to redeem every of March 2021. I am now in mid March with one excuse after another from Haynes with our sales rep. I spoke to today and they told us he didn't even know if they dealt with Haynes anymore. I ordered a table and chair set in Nov 2020. They said the chairs would arrive in the warehouse in Virginia first. Then the table second. Turned out the table was available but the chairs wouldn't be until the following week. A week goes by, no phone call or any kind of communications. So I called to learn: the chairs will be available in December. A month goes by, no call, nothing. So I called again to learn: the chairs will be available in March. Fraudulent representation by salesman. Moving into a new house and mattresses were to be delivered april 20. No person can be reached by telephone in any department and salesman will not respond to email. I had to physically return to the store to find out that they deliver to my zip code once a month. I am 15 minutes from the store but across the county line in ******* ****** I will have nothing to sleep on for 3 weeks. Should have gone to a regular mattress retailer.Extremely poor customer service.
Do not shop at Haynes furniture store on Virginia Beach Boulevard recently I picked out a power reclining couch paid for it and was going to pick it up the following day but received a call the next morning explaining that they could not sell me the couch because it was the last one on the floor and had to be sold as a set I explain to them that I already paid for it and my receipt says all sales final.
