Worst experience I've ever had with a furniture company. My couch started falling apart the first week we brought it home. They basically told me you get what you pay for. When you pay ***** for a couch you expect it to last longer than a week. We are now going on two years with the couch and we are ready to throw it in the trash. Customer service has been horrible and I have asked to speak to a manager several times. They offered me *** off on another piece of furniture.
We purchased a bedroom set and new mattress and adjustable base. They delivered the furniture and set it up in the bedroom. I was not able to inspect everything as they were moving stuff in so fast. Once the driver left, I started going through the nightstand and found a piece of backer board. It was all torn up. So this led me to pull the night stand away from the wall. I will say that even though our delivery team may be fast, the customer is afforded the opportunity to inspect the merchandise while the driver and helper are in the home. We ask that the customer sign the manifest stating the delivery was completed without issue. Should we receive a report of hidden damage, we would offer an exchange after reviewing the photos. If I could give it NO STARS I would. I purchased a mattress and was guaranteed if the mattress ever had an issue it would be replaced within the warranty period of 10 years. This is why we bought it. Now they are denying the claim and refuse to replace it calling it normal "softening". We roll out of the bed when sleeping. THIS is NOT NORMAL. 1 Star is too much praise for Haynes furniture store. They need a half star only because the showroom is lovely but you don't get what you pay for and the customer service is horrible. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Haynes furniture does not stand behind their products! We purchased an 8 piece leather sectional November 2019 for ****$ along with the extended warranty. Not even a response to our email four days later? Really? We bought a Dining Set from this Haynes store that included a china and hutch. Manufacturer was *************** of whom I have left a separate review. The anti-tip kit was the only piece missing from the entire set. One document told us to contact the manufacturer if there was anything missing. The Sofa chair we bought six months ago is falling apart at the seams on both arms. The protection plan we were told would cover everything you can imagine, does not cover buttons and seams. "Not a manufacturing defect, this matter has been closed, there is nothing else we can do" is what we have been told and customer service will no longer speak with us.
