By far the worst home improvement experience I could have ever imagined. If you are looking for windows, please do yourself a favor and listen to this review. This is not an isolated incident, which makes it all the more insane that this company is still in business. Horrible service and quality. Leaky windows and door walls. Will not recommend.
This company is a joke . My bathroom has been torn apart for months now . After I waited for two months for them to order a tub it was the wrong size .I figure they would order the right size and install it when it came in ...Three months later and the guys just coming to measure it again . Then he tells me he can only come on weekend days or evenings if he's available after not showing up for the first appointment to measure . Majic window co is terrible. They took 6 months to install our carpet. They unable to give a straight answer to questions let alone get somrone on the phone. We had pur home prepared for the install but when the installers showed up, there wasn't enough carpet. They had measured 3 times before they ordered it. We wete not able to put up our Christmas tree or decorate at all. The carpet finslly got installed and was done in an excellent manner by Gary and Dennis They are the only redeeming quality this company has.
I've been waiting months to get a window repaired in my daughter's bedroom for almost 4 months. We have had to run a heater nightly to keep her from freezing during these cold winter temperatures. I've had 3 different technicians come out, and each time they don't have the right parts to fix the window. The last technician told me to put tape on the window. The magic window company is fulla ****! They are a bunch of liars promises gas cards upon acceptance of their service. Didn’t get anything!
Wish leaving zero stars was an option.... Based on a recommendation, we had Majic replace all windows in our home in the fall of 2015 because the windows were original to the home (1957). We started to notice some major water damage underneath the front window over the past few months, the drywall is bowing and peeling off. We scheduled for Majic to come look at the window on 10/17 and he said the j-channel wasn't caulked properly so he caulked it and it was all fixed. I was told the windows would be much quieter than my previous windows when it came to the traffic from the road. It's a little more muffled but had I known the difference I would have just kept my previous ones for the amount I paid for a little better.
I had Majic install a bath liner. They installed one for me previously and I had a wonderful experience. This time was totally different. Started with them not showing or calling for estimate appointment. When I called to find out what was going on, they had the incorrect address. However, they didn’t call to question. Once I got someone out, she told me my order would be expedited because my tub was cracked and couldn’t be used, but I had to pay her then.
