Company refused to provide an estimate without my husband present. This is a discriminatory practice and I can't believe it's still happening in 2021. Even though I explained to them that I am the decision maker and I am the one that's going to pay them should I choose their service, they would not come out until I commit to my spouse being there. Never deal with a company that demands that!

I am unhappy with these windows installed I spent $15000 on 11 windows for not up to par windows the screens are hard to get un and out and attention to detail is not there for this kind of money wish I would have gone else where and probably for a lot less money. also want these screens fixed.

If our issues FINALLY get resolved I will update and upgrade my review. Today I am just completely frustrated. We had our windows (whole house+patio slider) installed in March 2021. Actual windows are great...seeing BIG improvement in electric bills. Finishing work was terrible and they cracked our drywall installing the patio slider, cracked 2 window sills, a piece of siding, trim work was sub par and left a mess outside as well as dust everywhere as nothing was covered when they did the work. Hello Team, I started with Majic window over a year ago and still have issues. the communication from the company is just terrible and no one wants to take ownership . first I ordered window some time in early May 2020 and they told me it would take about 6 weeks for my windows to show up .. I had no communication with them so at the end of June I called a few times and finally someone called back and they told me my windows should show up any day. a week goes by and I called again with no communication back for a week. Quite speechless over the fact that the Salesperson refused to uphold my scheduled appointment due to the fact that my wife would not be present. While I can somewhat understand their reasoning for this, due to having agreement between all parties about product design and selection, I made it very clear that my wife and I had researched the product and reached a decision on color, glass type, etc. After trying to persuade me to find an alternative time, I confirmed that I would not be interested in moving the project forward... read more

If I could leave a negative 100,000,0000 plus I would! Beware, once you do business with this company, they will NEVER EVER stop calling you! I so regret doing business with this company, an overly priced product and a most annoying customer service!

Terrible company, had windows for 6+ months and the job is still not done! we had 2 large sliders, 2 casement windows, and one Awning window in our kitchen. I was told it would take about 8-10 weeks to install and of course it took closer to 17 weeks to install and I had to call multiple times to get updates even though they told me they would call me. finally got my windows! here is the issue. the wood molding is different around 1 of the windows when they told me they would match. the Awning window crank is in the same spo... read more

Can you imagine WHAT KIND OF COMPANY HAS TO THREATEN THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SUE THEM IN ORDER TO KEEP THEIR BUSINESS!?!? We ordered windows from a salesman who came to our house on July 18th. We regretted it about a week later for design purposes but were told it was too late to cancel. I really am convinced it will ruin the look of our home.
