This company has been very unprofessional with me. Ive been waiting since 6/2022 for a new window wall to my balcony. ****** was the rep that I signed a contract with on 5/24/22.At that time I gave her a check for a large down payment on the contracted amount. Had windows and door wall installed by Majic window, door wall improperly installed and it leaked and rotted floor underneath. First trip by warranty said not their problem, got worse, came back out. Oops our fault should have fixed this before it got so bad. Was told theyd cover flooring cost that was a lie but we needed flooring replaced. So once again paid Majic higher cost thinking wed be taken care of but still not the case. Last year I called for warranty service to replace a crank handle for a casement window as well as replacement door on door wall. Just like the old saying that the check is is in the mail I get; it should be in next shipment. I paid for this warranty service in my bottom line. great product but ***** in warranty.
If I could give the service and or warranty **** a negative star I would I have been dealing with a warranty issue for 7 months now every time I call its a different story every time and all I get is I will call you back in a hour or so and never get callled back so when I call I believe they ignore my calls because Im sure they have called id they sure didnt have a problem taking my money for the window god awful customer service

I wouldnt waste your time with this company. One issue after another. Quoted **** weeks for lead time. 16 weeks later still nothing. If you want to babysit and track things down yourself this is the right company to use. Finally after almost 5 months (and them running my credit twice due to them taking so long and original credit report expiring) they were installed. Never Trust Majic Windows they do a slight of hand! I was told by the salesman from Majic that Majic could custom match my exterior paint when replacing the windows and door walls. I gave them the paint formula and they failed to match the exterior as promised. When I complained about the color I was brought several samples of colors and told to pick one. None of them were right! I spoke with several people at Majic but to no avail. ***** told me that I had until Friday to pay the balance or he would put a lien on my home. N... read more
Do not use. They harass you and call multiple times even after you tell them youre not interested. Also dont appreciate being asked if the salesperson can talk to my parents in my own home, as an adult woman. I will never use them for windows or anything.
We had windows installed by Majic Windows earlier in the year and I would not recommend anyone use their services.Their sales pitch was a high pressure sales pitch which required that both I and my wife be present before we were given a quote. The sales person initially gave a ridiculously high quote, then gave repeatedly lower quotes that had to be accepted on the spot (including a wavier of the a consumer's right to cancel the agreement for 3 days under Michigan law). Majic sent a guy named **** to out house to give us a quote. We were told he was a manager of some sort, that we wouldnt have to deal with a salesman. We signed up to have our roof done; we were told it would be done in 3 weeks (this was 10/06/2021). Within a few days I received the finance paperwork via email- my name was spelled incorrectly.
