I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company. Windows and door walls are to small for openings and now we are dealing with rain water pouring in down my walls and door walls. I called and spoke to the manager, 3 rain storms and 4 days later he sent out someone to caulk around my door walls. I honestly don't see how that is going to fix it. We contacted Majic back in May 2020 to get some windows installed in our home. We where told July 2020 and that was fine. When July 2020 came no one contacted us or gave us a update. When we reached out to them they gave us a install in August 2020 once August 2020 came it was moved to September 2020. Now that we are in September we have been given 2 dates and neither has be upheld. We have been getting the run around about our window install. I had a very plain clothed person come walking up my driveway where my daughter and her friend were playing with the hose (both young teens). I heard the voice outside the window from in the house where I was working and went to see who that was. This man had khaki shorts and a grey t shirt on and was not dressed as one would assume a salesperson would. He said he didn't want to just walk into my back yard and was out giving free estimates. Ordered 3 doors on 8/28/19. The sales said it might be 2 or 3 months but if we put a deposit down that day he might be able to expedite the order. Well the doors were installed 12/31/19 and one was wrong. The sales person, Matt Staley, has forgot to order the self contained blinds in the family room door. The installer said it was an easy fix and should be fixed in 3 to 4 weeks. Well, it is now 5 months later and it is not corrected. Majic Window continues to underwhelm and disappoint. We had a full house of windows installed in July 2019, which went well for the most part. However, we had ordered grids/mullions in four (4) of our street-facing windows, and upon initial installation these windows had the incorrect grid pattern. This was just the beginning of our ridiculous odyssey. Had whole house window replacement and one door wall. The windows are a quality product. Problem is the installation. Now, 2020, the windows replaced on the walls with vinyl siding have leaked into the house. The water damage inside the house was noticed in 2007 and after numerous phone calls and two visits to our home there is no remedy provided. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. THEY TAKES THE VANAGE OF IGNORANT PEOPLE. They get signed the paper of price and if you call them immediately not to move forward, they say ok on phone and after 4/6 weeks they start sending legal letter threatening to sue and collect the money on you signed the paper. The threatening letter signed by their internal office associate. In my opinion, people should not deal with this scam company even there are many good reviews. We purchased a houseful of windows from Majic in February 2019. Salesperson was high pressure starting at over $55,000 quote and reducing it to just over $20,000 in a matter of minutes. All contact attempts post-sale have unsuccessful. We voice recorded our entire conversation with him and are determining which provable falsehoods were promised, so that we may consider legal action against Majic in the future. Majic installed windows in 6 different openings in November 2019. Some of the casement windows were not accurate: windows above one another (first floor and second floor) are opening on the opposite side and the opposite direction. It looks ridiculous from the outside. This was not what was ordered. Majic charged my a credit card without my approval. We are currently disputing this charge but as of today the charge remains.
