The sales person was horrible. How do you start at 15,500 for 8 windows in a condo and end up near 8,900 with a promise to sign a waiver I wont tell my neighbors how much I paid. Are you kidding me. How many people have they ripped off. He starts off saying here's a 5 minute video to watch about our company. Stick to windows. They sent one guy to replace the wood trim and it took over a month. They charged us before the job was done and didn’t complete the job as quoted. Customer service and sales never returned my calls. The actual work completed was good but disappointed with the non response.
I called months ago fir warranty work to be done but continue to get the run around. It has been almost 6 months. I even called the company in Canada that does the work fir them. To no avail.
I left work early to get home for a sales rep to give me a quote. My husband was at a rehearsal for work and was not home. The sales rep would not give me a quote. He left my house. No one told me from the company that my spouse had to be there too. That is ridiculous. All I want is basic white fiberglass windows. All I want is a simple quote. There is no need for both of us to be present for that. I will not reschedule. Majic will not get my business. I will spread the word with my friends of this experience.
We hired Majic windows to replace our front door and windows. We chose a mahogany stained door. We were happy with the looks of the door; however, the first time it rained after they installed the door, we had water coming into our house through the sidelight. We called, they sent one of their employees to fix the sidelight with caulking, however, it continued to leak. I have used Magic before
We had a terrible experience with the sales rep. He came out to our house for a quote on a tub/shower enclosure. He told us their contractor would remove all tile and existing wood within tub/shower and put up green board. The contractor came and the fight was on. They said since the removal of tile was not in the contract they simply would not do it and planned on putting the new shower walls over the tile (they did remove the would and put plywood in it's place-not green board).
