Hello, we invited Majic to our home and help us out with completing our home with majic product! Larry showed up at our door and make our worries disappear! Very professional and love the product! We had 20 windows installed in 2015, and today we are finishing off the home with another 20 windows! Keep up the great work Majic!
We purchased an entire house of fiberglass windows and new door wall from Majic Windows about 5 yrs ago. Employees were wonderful; installation went well; and we are still impressed with the quality and affordability of their products. We are now in process of purchasing wood flooring for entire house. I’m sold on the new Mohawk RevWood plus. Sammie A. Is our salesperson- very knowledgeable and friendly- like family. Cant wait to see the results??
This is the second time we are have the rest of windows and door installed by Majic Windows. We feel so much difference in the past winter due to much improved thermal insulation. The windows are in very good quality and style. Just love them that’s why we want all windows and front door to be replace Majic Windows.
I had my windows replaced by Majic windows. They were very efficient and professional I love the way they look and the ease of cleaning. I was so pleased with them I am now getting vinyl siding and know I will be getting the same good quality and professional Service.
I used Majic Window company 16years ago and they are ther best windows I've ever had. I am going with them again to finish my home in 2018.
I just met with Andrew Dymond of Majic windows and I have to say, I am so happy. He knew I am very busy and we got down to business. He explained the difference between their products vs, others and I was sold! There was no hard sell, he answered all of my questions and gave me the time frames on my custom made windows. These are not boxed windows these are custom made for my home. I highly recommend Majic!
Solicitor said my windows were bowed. Then salesman said he didn't see that but sold me windows anyway. After checking my windows I could not find any leaks and tried to cancel but they refuse to refund deposit. They do not know windows and use deceptive sales practices to get in the door. Beware especially during very cold weather when you are more likely to think you have a problem. I think that is when they like to go door to door.
We had wonderful work done by this company replacing a door wall, but unfortunately, we have experienced harassment from one of the sales people since. **** has been hounding our phones and will not take no for an answer. He is rude and will not listen to our requests for him to stop calling or not schedule work. I do not recommend working for this company unless you enjoy no resolve and constant harassment.
We had windows and a sliding door put in, They came out in December 20deg. outside cracked my new siding and they cracked the * ******** around the windows. Caulk job was bad, very bad an 8 year old could have done better. So we called and no responce left a few messages and no call back, 6 months later I finally got ahold of a person and they sent some out to recaulk the windows. This guy did a crapy job also. we called back and no responce, now it has been a year
