great company. the salesman was very nice and helpful. the installers were nice and did a excellent job. they helped move the furniture and put it back when done. they did very clean job .and collected all the garbage and took it away. i will truly use them again.

I needed old carpet replaced in four rooms in my house. Carpet and hardwood installers both arrived on the same day and were able to work around each to get the job done in one day. The installers were able to install new hardwood flooring flush to existing hardwood floor so that I wouldn't need any transition piece, which was a big must have for me. From the first phone call to National Floors, to the salesperson coming to my house, to the finished product, we had a great experience. The customer service phone people are courteous, responsive, and engaged. The installers arrived an hour early - and were gracious to wait 15 minutes for me to return home. They worked hard, took no breaks, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our new carpets!! Note: I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
My experience with National Floors Direct was very positive from sales to installation. It was flawless. The sales associate was professional and knowledgeable. I had other companies that came in and they could not compare at all. The two individuals that came to install the carpet were fast, thorough and courteous, I would recommend NFD. Not only that and for the icing on the cake and to my surprise since my posting I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
We selected National floors to carpet our stairs that lead from first floor to second floor. Overall, the experience was positive, the intake call was easy and the appointment to have a salesperson come look at the job was made the next day. The salesperson was knowledgeable and brought samples for us to look at so we could make the right selection for our space. I absolutely love my new carpet! The installers were professional and made sure I was satisfy with the installation before leaving. My old basement carpet was over 20 years old. Once the new carpet was installed it was like gaining a new room in the house, I actually want to be down there now! What I liked the most about National Floors Direct was that they come to you! We had a very positive experience with National floor Direct. The customer service was amazing from the very first phone call until the installation. Everyone was professional, showed up when they said they would, the salesman was very knowledgeable and made an overwhelming project seem very easy.
